The shadows and angle of the pic helps the mind think "creepy". Saying it is a castle in Romania is creepy, isn't that where vampires came from?
yes, you ar right, the Castle is in Bran, and it is said, that Dracula should have been there. But as to vampires, we have not met them.
That building looks like it almost has a sad face, and the darkness adds to its creepiness.
Definitely creepy! Once can totally sense the possibility of vampires.
