Perhaps it was to chilly for morning tea/coffee outdoors.
Despite the sunshine, the tables are in the shade. Maybe they'll fill up as it warms up?

I love sidewalk seating and watching people go by. If there is only one chair in the sun, I am going to sit on Julie's lap!
