  1. I'd like to know more about this Tony, as the snow seems to stop before it reaches the botom of the ditch/culvert!

  2. Brilliant...I love how the curve acts as a leading line and takes us through this beautiful scenery!

  3. I really like how the snow is clinging on to the side of the curve and it is a nice leading line

  4. That's the depth of this photo: at first, one seen just the one curve, that of that remnant of snow. then the others become apparant, in the soil beside the snow and in the distant hills.

  5. Yes, explain the snow remnant, please. There is sun on it in this photo, so what reason does this exist yet all else has melted? Is there a heavy ice base underneath keeping it cooler than the surrounding soil? Most interesting photo!

  7. ok, what shall I tell you? We had some sunshine during the last days, but, alas, there was so bitter cold a wind from the east (from Central Europe), so it was not warm enough that all the snow would have been melted away in a hurry.

  8. This is a brilliant composition with the snow curve leading the eye to the distant scene.

  9. Your curves are wonderful. What makes this picture interesting to me is the church steeple and mountains in the hazy background. This adds a dreamy feeling to this. Very nice.
