We don't have gulls like that here. (We do have starlings--thank you for the identification. They were imported to the US from Europe by a guy who for some bizarre reason wanted us to have all the birds named in Shakespeare's plays. Now they are a nuisance.)
I can smell the salt-air and hear the gulls screaming. Wish I was on the beach now.
ReplyDeleteThose are interesting gulls. Not the ordinary kind I see here....
ReplyDeleteI like how you placed them high in the frame because the expanse of plain roof provides balance to the detailed birds.
An interesting variety of gull. Nice composition
ReplyDeleteI like the composition of this one, and I like the one on the far right the best - poking its head up to see what's going on
ReplyDeleteVery different from our Gulls!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they are getting their morning gossip in...nice one!

ReplyDeleteI wonder if the blackheaded gulls like hot chips as much as the whiteheaded ones, great picture Tony.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great capture, were you on the roof to get this pic?
ReplyDeleteWonder what they're saying? Are they girl watching or guy watching?
